.Well Friends It’s been a few weeks and this experiment has gone horribly wrong.
As you all know I quit a Perfectly huh! good job 3 weeks ago to pursue local employment, 1st I went to work for a company that completely misrepresented the job. After 2 days of grueling physical work that I found out that I’m not able to do anymore I quit.
I then found a company that needed some mechanic work done, did that for a few days, after the money ran out to buy parts I could not do that. So now I’m filling out applications like crazy getting Carpel Tunnel and not hearing anything.
Looks like if I don’t hear anything by Monday the 24th I’m back on the road. I’m really starting to DISLIKE Oklahoma very much. Where are all those jobs that Keating promised when he and his ilk shoved “Right To Work” Down our throats a few years ago? And listening to all theTalking Heads on the news, we are supposed to have more new jobs than the national average!!…..BS Yeah we have some new jobs, If you want or can afford to work for $6.00 Pr Hr. So here we sit, Flat Broke, Waiting for a check that was supposed to be sent out on Tuesday, Waiting for a call that may never come. and having a particularly Loverly Day.
I think I’ll go back to bed, at least it don’t cost nuthin’.

Since I’ve been doing a lot of outside work lately, and, here in Oklahoma, with all the recent rains, humidity, and high temperatures, the insect population has exploded, so, I purchased some insect repellent….. Now, it states very plainly the little varmints it is supposed to repel: Mosquitoes, Chiggers, Biting Flies, No-See-Ums, Gnats, and Fleas….. Just what the Hell is No-See-Ums???…… I guess if you can’t see them, you can’t identify them….. Are they dangerous and/or contagious…… Should we put out a No-See-Ums Alert?…… Anyone care to speculate?……

I’m sure you all have been sent copies of pics of this in e-mails. I have had the pleasure of meeting the owner/creator of this truck, and running along on the highways with them. I could not find pics of the back(which is what I stared at mostly going down the road) It has the names of all from the pentagon. The left side has all the flight crews and passengers from the towers, the right has all from the pentagon and flight 93. I just thought that I would post it here for todays trubute. Amazing! As an old worm rancher, until I lost the ranch in a card game, I was surprised to find out
we have a giant worm right here in Eastern Wa. I’ve known about the really giant worms in Africa, 6 footers, but a giant worm right here in my own back yard, wow! Seems they are about to go extinct and need protection. Abundant in 1897, last seen in 2005. And get this, the giant Palouse earthworm is up to a yard long and is known to spit on attackers. Palouse is kind of desert country and I keep thinking of “Dune”. I’m an old worm noodler but I’m staying away from giant spitting worms.
