What is a Plame and is “outed” a Great North West term, eh?…… Jek must be involved by how fast he replied…..

Are you referring to the phrase “Out West”? And Plame is mainly where the rain is. (10 minus points for me )
Jek, I hope you meant to use the past tense of “date”.
Armitage fell on his sword, but who else outed Plame. What’s the real story? Who else was Jek dating. Is Jek responsible for the Secrets Act? Will the real story ever be told? WE WANT TO KNOW.
