de fonk zun,” literally to “be in the smoke.”

Colloquially to be in a state of trepidation from uncertainty or apprehension of EVIL.

  1. The first I time I recall hearing the term funk was the song “Funky, Funky Broadway” by “Wicked” Wilson Pickett.
