    three nights watching “Country Boys” on PBS. Wondering if anyone else saw it and what they thought.

      Didn’t have a clue what it was, ’til I looked it up. For others, here’s the Country Boys synopsis. Was it any good? Should I TiVo it?

      A disturbing look at two boys in rural America. Not a fun story. I got hooked like in some surreal soap. One question I had is how much of rural America is supported by federal money. Looked bleak.

      Two boys with unbelievably screwed up families trying to make it with music , religion, and school as their support. A look at what appears to be another country. Six hours long, too long, but I still give it a thumbs up.
