To maintain the exceptional flavor, store in an airtight container in a cool place or at room temperature.&nbsp; <em>We advise against refrigeration or freezing.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Torrefazione&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.titalia.com\">website<\/a> doesn&#8217;t explain this advice.&nbsp;
