{"id":2420,"date":"2013-04-19T18:44:58","date_gmt":"2013-04-19T23:44:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.mrambler.com\/blog\/?p=2420"},"modified":"2013-04-19T18:44:58","modified_gmt":"2013-04-19T23:44:58","slug":"a-little-humor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.mrambler.com\/blog\/2013\/04\/19\/a-little-humor\/","title":{"rendered":"A Little Humor&#8230;.."},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&#8230;&#8230;.In a bad situation&#8230;&#8230; \u00c2\u00a0I&#8217;ve been watching the events unfold in Boston all day&#8230;.. \u00c2\u00a0Not long after they lifted the &#8220;Lock Down&#8221;, there were shots fired and lots of police and vehicles on the move immediately in a great rush&#8230;&#8230; \u00c2\u00a0Brian Williams of NBC was commenting that there were between 9 and 10 thousand officers on site&#8230;.. \u00c2\u00a0At that point, a white undercover car zooms past on the screen &#8211; He says, without breaking his pace, &#8220;And every Crown Victoria ever made&#8221;, then continues without any kind of pause in his commentary&#8230;&#8230; \u00c2\u00a0If you know anything about cars, especially police cars, you get the humor in his statement&#8230;&#8230; \u00c2\u00a0I know it is a serious and sad situation, but, that just stuck out and I had to laugh, and, YES, I do think humor belongs in the news as well as music&#8230;..
