He is standing proudly by the nearly-new <strong><em>1989 Dodge Ram Raider 4X4<\/em><\/strong> awarded to him by the local used car dealer &#8211; &#8220;<strong>Dewey, Cheatem, and Howe<\/strong>&#8220;&#8230;.. <strong>MR<\/strong> plans to celebrate by attempting a five mile journey in his new vehicle&#8230;..
