Since there was a request for <strong>&#8220;King Crimson&#8221;<\/strong>, here&#8217;s <em><strong>&#8220;Terraplane&#8217;s&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> version of &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrambler.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/07-Larks-Tongue-in-Aspic.mp3\">Lark&#8217;s Tongue in Aspic<\/a>&#8220;, and since this is an instrumental, I thought I would throw in our version of a <strong>&#8220;Jethro Tull&#8221;<\/strong> track called &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.mrambler.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/10\/03-Bungle-in-the-Jungle.mp3\">Bungle in the Jungle<\/a>&#8221; with <em><strong>Randy<\/strong><\/em> on\u00c2\u00a0<em>Vocals<\/em>&#8230;. These were recorded on <strong>August 26, 1975<\/strong> on the <em><strong>OU<\/strong><\/em> campus live and outside between the <em>Housing Towers<\/em>&#8230;.. These cuts are the most heard of any of our stuff, as I made a <strong>CD<\/strong> from them in <em>2000<\/em> for the <em>band members<\/em> and a <em>few friends<\/em>&#8230;. Again, this was recorded on my <em>self-built<\/em> <strong>HeathKit<\/strong> cassette deck placed about 100 feet out in front of the stage with two little cheap mikes (<em>the good ones were on the stage<\/em>)&#8230;. I made a <em>direct copy<\/em> of the cassette to a <em>CD recorder<\/em> &#8211; <em>There was no tweaking, post editing, processing, compression<\/em>&#8230;. <strong>What you hear is what the audience heard that day&#8230;.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The personnel in <em><strong>&#8220;Terraplane&#8221;<\/strong><\/em> changed on occasion&#8230;. We&#8217;ll call this one: <strong>Terraplane Main Version<\/strong>, as the bulk of our recorded output came from this line-up&#8230;. The members were <em><strong>Randy Stark<\/strong><\/em>: <em>Lead Vocals, Moog, Flute<\/em> &#8211; <em><strong>Roger Harrison<\/strong><\/em>: <em>Vocals, Bass<\/em> &#8211; <em><strong>Rick Lopez<\/strong><\/em>: <em>Drums, Occasional vocal harassment of the audience and band members (in jest, of course)<\/em> &#8211; <em><strong>Dan Rowell<\/strong><\/em>: <em>Vocals, Lead Guitar, Guitar<\/em> &#8211; <em><strong>MRambler<\/strong><\/em>: <em>Vocals, Slide Guitar, Guitar, Harp<\/em>&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what the <em><strong>CD<\/strong><\/em> cover<em> front and back<\/em> looked like&#8230;.
